Look at this little bugger. This is a female Fungus Gnat. You do not want her on your plants, or anywhere near them. Just 1 pregnant Fungus Gnat can decimate an entire household of garden plants. They lay eggs in the soil, and the Gnats themselves don’t bother the plants. However, when the eggs hatch, the larva eats the roots of your plants. I’ve had hundreds of plants die because of these jerks.
